True North | RISE
A Four-Month 1:1 Business Mentorship
Bringing your vision into form, in a way that feels true to you.
What does it mean to create a business that is an expression of who you are, what you value and what you feel called to share, rather than something that asks you to become someone you're not?
And how do we take the things that live within us; our ideas, our gifts, our experiences, the work we feel drawn to do and give them a shape in the world that is both meaningful and sustainable?
These are some of the questions at the heart of True North | RISE, a four-month, 1:1 business mentorship for those who are ready to bring a vision to life, take their first steps into business, or look more deeply at what they've already created and where they feel called to go next.
Whether you're dreaming of starting your own business, developing your first workshop or retreat, or you've been working for years and are feeling the pull to refine your offerings, expand your work or do things differently, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with what matters and begin creating from a place of greater clarity.
This work weaves together the inner inquiry of understanding yourself and your values with the practical foundations of building and sustaining a business. Because it's one thing to know what we're good at, or to feel that there's something we're here to share, and another thing entirely to understand how to bring that into the world, communicate its value, create offerings that are sustainable, and build a business that supports the life we want to live.
Over four months, we'll work together to explore what you're wanting to create, what's important to you, who you feel called to serve and what needs to be put in place for your vision to become something tangible.
We'll look at your values, your offerings, your voice and visibility, the practical structures of your business, and the beliefs and patterns that can influence how you show up in your work. We'll explore what it means to build from your own essence rather than comparison, expectation or someone else's idea of success.
Depending on where you find yourself, our work might involve developing a business idea from the ground up, clarifying your audience and offerings, creating a business plan, exploring pricing and financial forecasting, or finding greater alignment in a business you've already built. We might spend time developing a workshop, mapping out a retreat, shaping a training, refining your brand, or looking at how you communicate and share your work with the people you want to reach.
There is space for the vision and the practicalities, for the questions that don't have immediate answers, and for the small, grounded steps that allow something to move from an idea into lived reality.
What we'll explore together
Our work will be shaped around you, your vision and where you currently find yourself in your business journey.
Depending on your needs, this may include:
-
Vision, values & alignment: clarifying your purpose, understanding your lived values and establishing a direction that feels true to you.
-
Business foundations & strategy: developing your business idea, identifying your audience, creating a business plan and financial forecast, and establishing the foundations for sustainable growth.
-
Offerings & pricing: creating or refining your services, trainings and offerings so they reflect your essence, experience and capacity.
-
Workshop & retreat creation: developing your ideas from initial concept through to structure, content, itinerary, budgeting, pricing, logistics and participant experience.
-
Branding & online presence: finding the language, visual identity and digital foundations that communicate the heart of your work.
-
Marketing, voice & visibility: learning to share your work with greater clarity and confidence, without feeling you need to become someone you're not.
-
Systems & sustainability: developing supportive structures, booking processes, communication and working rhythms that allow your business to grow without continually depleting you.
-
Personal growth & embodied leadership: exploring the beliefs, fears and patterns that can influence how you show up, make decisions, receive, create and lead.
We may also weave in values-based inquiry, somatic practices, reflection through the Mahavidyas and sacred archetypes, and personal and business numerology where it feels relevant to your journey.
Four months of bringing your vision into form
Our work will be guided by four themes. These offer a structure for our time together without prescribing exactly what your journey needs to look like.
Month One | ROOT
Values, vision & foundations
We'll begin with you: what matters to you, what you're wanting to create, the life you want your business to support and the values you want it to embody. We'll explore your vision, your intentions and the foundations you need to begin moving forward.
Month Two | CLARIFY
Business direction, offerings & structure
We'll bring greater clarity to your business model, the people you want to serve, the offerings you want to share and the practical foundations needed to support them. This might mean shaping a new business idea, refining existing services, exploring pricing or creating a more sustainable structure for the work you're already doing.
Month Three | CREATE
Workshops, retreats, branding & visibility
We'll explore how to bring your ideas into form, whether that means developing a workshop, planning a retreat, creating a training, refining your brand or finding more aligned ways to communicate and share your work.
Month Four | RISE
Implementation, sustainability & what's next
We'll turn our work into practical steps and a plan you can continue working with beyond our time together. We'll look at the systems, rhythms and priorities that will support you moving forward, while making space to recognise what's shifted and what your next chapter might be asking of you.
If you're beginning from the ground up, we may focus on bringing your first offering into the world. If you're already established, we may spend more time exploring what's ready to evolve, what no longer feels aligned and where you'd like to direct your energy next.
The intention isn't to fit you into a process, but to use these four months well, with each conversation building on where you are and what you're ready to work towards.

A little about the way we work together
I've been self-employed in the yoga, healing and wellness industry for the past ten years, and throughout that time I've navigated the many layers of building a business from developing offerings and creating retreats and trainings, to finding my voice, connecting with my community and learning how to build a way of working that feels aligned with my values and the life I want to live.
I'm not coming to this work with a formula that I believe everyone should follow, or the idea that there's one right way to build a business.
What I can offer is the experience I've gathered along the way, the lessons I've learned through doing the work myself, and the perspective that comes from supporting others to bring their own visions into form.
My role is to guide you, ask questions, share what I've learned, offer practical tools and help you find clarity around the next steps that are right for you. I'll bring my experience, attention and support to our time together, but the business we're building is yours, and the work of bringing it to life ultimately belongs to you.
This is an active, collaborative mentorship. It asks you to show up for our sessions, engage with the questions and exercises, make time for the work between our conversations and take responsibility for putting your ideas into practice. There will be things to consider, decisions to make and steps to take, and at times that might mean moving through uncertainty, self-doubt or the discomfort that comes with doing something new.
I won't be doing the work for you, and I can't promise particular business outcomes. What I can offer is guidance, encouragement, honest reflection, practical experience and a space to work through the challenges and possibilities that arise as you move forward.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out, and you certainly don't need to know all the answers. But a willingness to participate, to take ownership of your vision and to keep showing up for the process is essential.
I'll walk alongside you, but you are the one who gets to walk the path.

The practical details
Duration: Four months
Format: Eight fortnightly 1:1 sessions online
Investment: $1,100 AUD
Your mentorship includes eight individual sessions with Justine and a guided workbook to support your reflections, planning and implementation between sessions. The work is personalised to your goals and stage of business, with the focus of our sessions shaped around what you most need support with.
A note on scope and support
This mentorship provides guidance, mentoring, feedback and practical tools to help you develop your own business. It does not include the delivery of business tasks on your behalf. Guidance on branding, website structure and content, marketing, workshop development and retreat planning can form part of our work together. Workshop and retreat mentoring may include concept development, content, itinerary planning, budgeting, pricing and participant experience. Venue bookings, supplier coordination, travel arrangements and event delivery are not included unless separately agreed.
This is a collaborative process, and the value you receive will be shaped in part by the time, energy and attention you're willing to bring to it. Alongside our sessions, you'll be encouraged to work through the workbook, reflect on what we're exploring, make decisions and take practical steps between our conversations. The intention is for you to leave not only with greater clarity around your business, but with the confidence, understanding and tools to continue developing it yourself.
Your next chapter
I don't believe there's one formula for building a business, just as I don't believe we're meant to remain the same version of ourselves forever. Our values, capacities, desires and visions change as we do, and I think there's something important about learning how to let our work evolve without losing connection to what matters most.
For me, this is where the inner and outer work meet. It's about learning to trust what we feel called to create, while also developing the skills, structures and confidence to bring it into the world.
To build from devotion rather than depletion. To create from essence rather than expectation. To allow our businesses to become a living expression of what we value, what we love and how we want to contribute.
You don't need to have it all figured out before we begin. You simply need a willingness to explore what's possible, to take responsibility for your vision and to begin giving it the time, attention and action it deserves.
