There is a place where the ocean breathes, temples hum with devotion, and the land itself carries the pulse of Śrī.

A place where beauty is not separate from spirituality.
Where softness is not weakness. Where life moves more slowly, more intentionally, more gracefully.

Sri Lanka holds a particular kind of medicine.

The warmth of the ocean.

The scent of incense and flowers.

The devotion woven into daily life.

The richness of colour, ritual, nature, and presence.

Something within you begins to soften here.
Something begins to open.

Sri: speaks to beauty, grace, abundance, and the sacred fullness of life.

Shakti: is the living energy that moves all things.

Together, they awaken the remembrance that abundance is not something to chase, force, or prove yourself worthy of.

It is something to receive.

Sri Shakti Women’s Retreat is a six-day devotional immersion into beauty, receptivity, nervous system restoration, feminine remembrance, and embodied abundance. An invitation to step away from survival, striving, depletion, comparison, and self-abandonment, and return to a more grounded, nourished, connected way of being.

This retreat is for women longing to soften the patterns of scarcity, overgiving, self-doubt, and exhaustion, and reconnect to their worth, vitality, creativity, pleasure, and inner fullness.

Rooted in the energy and teachings of Lakshmi the goddess of beauty, abundance, devotion, nourishment, and sacred receiving; this journey becomes a reclamation of your life force.

Not through becoming someone else.
But through remembering who you already are beneath the conditioning, pressure, fear, and noise.

Throughout our time together, we explore what it means to live with an open heart, grounded self-worth, strong boundaries, and the capacity to fully receive life.

To feel nourished rather than depleted.
Connected rather than performing.
Anchored rather than seeking.
Whole rather than lacking.

This is not simply a retreat.

It is a sacred reorientation toward beauty, presence, pleasure, devotion, and the fullness of being alive.

Retreat Itinerary:

Day 1 : Arrival | Colombo

You arrive into Colombo by mid-afternoon, leaving behind the pace and demands of everyday life. We begin with one night in the city, a gentle threshold into the retreat. Time to land, settle, and allow the body to arrive before anything begins.

In the evening, we gather for our opening Ceremony. A quiet space to meet one another, set intention, and begin turning inward. We share a Welcome Dinner together, marking the beginning of the journey in a simple and grounded way.

Day 2: Initiation & Transition | Colombo → Mirissa

The day begins with practice, a return to the body through breath, movement, and stillness.

From here, we visit Aishwarya Lakshmi Amman Kovil, a temple devoted to Lakshmi, goddess of beauty, abundance, grace, and sacred receiving.

We then travel south to the coastline. As the landscape shifts, so does the rhythm of the retreat. We arrive into our jungle villa in Mirissa, where the days begin to soften.

We share lunch & then the afternoon is left open to rest, settle, and arrive fully into the space.

Days 3–5: Immersion | Mirissa

This is where the retreat begins to deepen. The days unfold in a gentle and intentional rhythm, balancing practice, restoration, ritual, spaciousness, and immersion in the beauty of the land itself.

Each morning begins with Hatha, Yin and/or Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and devotional practice.

Throughout the retreat, experiences are woven in softly and intentionally:

• Ocean & nature immersion
• Spacious time for rest, reading, journaling, and integration
• One therapeutic massage treatment
• Wisdom talks & reflective journaling
• Mala Bead Making Workshop
• Cacao Ceremony

At the heart of the retreat is our 40-day Lakshmi Sadhana.

Seventeen days before arriving in Sri Lanka, we begin together online with a live devotional initiation call and guided Lakshmi practice. The six days together on the land of Śrī become the heart of the sadhana, before continuing into the final seventeen days of integration and embodiment once the retreat is complete.

This is not simply a retreat experience, but a sacred container designed to create lasting change in how you relate to yourself, your worth, your energy, and your life.

Additional optional experiences are available throughout the retreat (availability and weather dependent):

• Strength, mobility & yoga conditioning sessions
• Ayurvedic Treatments
• Snorkelling & ocean exploration
• Jewellery Making Workshop
• Pottery Class
• Surfing Lesson
• 1:1 Session with Justine

Day 5 : Closing

On our final evening, we gather for a Closing Cacao Ceremony. A space to acknowledge what has shifted, to integrate what has been experienced, and to bring the journey into conscious completion.

Followed by a Farewell Dinner to celebrate, where you are invited to dress as your own expression of the Goddess.

Day 6 : Departure | Mirissa → Colombo

We begin the day with a final practice and slow morning. After lunch, we travel back to Colombo.

Flights can be booked from 8:00pm onward.

This retreat is not designed around intensity, performance, or constant activity. It is shaped around rhythm. Around what becomes possible when the body softens, the nervous system slows down, and you are no longer moving at the pace you have become accustomed to.

Through the energy and teachings of Lakshmi, this journey becomes a reclamation of beauty, worth, vitality, receptivity, pleasure, presence, and abundance from the inside out.

A remembering that you do not need to force, prove, overextend, or abandon yourself in order to receive life fully.

The quiet confidence of knowing your worth without needing to convince anyone of it.
